Cittly operates under the BoolyApps brand through BoolyApps & Cittly Tech, part of Boolymac. For operations in India, the legal company is Boolymac Private Limited.

We process your sign-in identity, email, profile, posts, uploads, comments, likes, saved items, channel memberships, friendships and messages to provide Cittly. We also process reports, moderation decisions, appeals and interaction records to protect the platform and rank feeds.

Camera and microphone access is used for calls you start or accept. WebRTC transports call media using encrypted connections, directly when available and through a relay when required. This does not prevent another participant from recording their screen. Text messages and social records are stored on our services; do not treat them as end-to-end encrypted.

Cittly uses Firebase for identity and realtime features, Supabase for social data and server functions, Cloudflare for video storage and call relaying, and Resend for account verification emails. Native app advertising and notifications may use their respective providers when enabled. These providers may process data outside your country.

Announced channel events can broadcast or record the host and admitted guest through the host’s external encoder. Joining the queue requires an explicit notice, and camera preview remains private until admission. Optional YouTube embeds contact Google/YouTube; watching does not join the real-time call. If you connect YouTube management, Cittly stores encrypted authorization tokens to manage your own broadcasts. You can disconnect in Cittly or revoke access in Google. Private account-removal retention also applies to connection records, which cannot be used while an account is removed. OBS passwords stay in browser memory and are used only for your local OBS connection. Live call signaling is cleared when turns end; completed turn records are eligible for cleanup after 30 days and live-event audit records after 180 days.

Recommendation sessions expire; raw observation, exposure and seen records are eligible for cleanup after 30 days, and hourly aggregates after 180 days. These analytics rules do not erase posts, messages, reports or account data.

Account removal hides your account and content and permits self-restoration for 30 days. It is not permanent erasure. After that deadline, data remains privately retained and restoration or permanent erasure requires contacting support@cittly.com. Security, legal or dispute-related records may require separate retention; support will explain any applicable limits.
