Email support@cittly.com for support, privacy questions, permanent erasure requests or restoration after the self-service deadline. Write from your account email so support can verify ownership.

For a moderation appeal, use Account restrictions & appeals in Settings. For a content violation, use the Report action on the relevant content or call.

Do not send passwords, private API keys or OTP codes. Include only the information needed to investigate your request.
